Please beware before placing any orders with them. • Fake Delivery Promises: They assured me of quick delivery, but the actual delivery was delayed again and again with no proper response to my calls or queries. Their team makes false commitments and never sticks to timelines. • Pathetic After-Sales Service: Once the payment is done, they completely stop attending to your concerns. My repeated calls and messages went unattended. Zero accountability. • Faulty Equipment on Day 1: The wet grinder motor burned out on the very first day of use. Instead of taking responsibility, they ignored my complaint. • Unprofessional & Fraudulent Approach: Their entire attitude shows they just want to push the sale, take your money, and vanish. "To anyone who is reading this📌I Would like to share my bitter experience Shri Saraswati kitchen equpiment noida is one of the biggest Scam.In the month of Feb 2025 I ordered some products from them as they promised me home delivery till my hometown Nagaland with estimated delivery time of 7 days.They also made me do full payment because they said they cannot delivery if I don’t pay the full amount,I did wat was instructed by them,but as days and months pass by wenever I ask for an update of my products they started giving me excuses saying that my product is on the way,and it got delayed because of the weather and stuffs like that.And several months passed by they still gave the same excuses and started ignoring my phone calls and message,I told them to return back my money but they denied.I wrote a complain to cyber crime they did wat was suppose to be done,their account was blocked,and finally I started getting phone calls from the owner Rajan Tiwari,he said he is sending the items from another courier partner and told me to take back the case and unblock their account,before taking back the case I asked for a proper documentations of the delivery,He sent me a receipts and tracking id of my products so i trusted him and took back the case.But days after when I tried to track my product with the id that has been provided by him it says invalid id.I felt very very dishearten,how could a person be so dishonest.I chose shri Saraswati kitchen equipment just because they promised that the delivery was on them,finally i gave up trusting them so I decided to deliver the items by myself with my own expenses.Upon receiving the products and using it for 2-3 days it started showing faults and when I tried to contact them to ask about the issue they started ignoring my calls and blamed it on me for all the defaults. It literally took 8 months after so much efforts,drama,time and money wasted n receive sucha pathetic product. I really suggest everyone who is reading this to be aware of such scams happening around us.The guy whom I dealt with was Rajan Tiwari he has a sugar coated mouth,be careful of such person. *Rajan Tiwari if you are seeing this I just wanna tell you ‘What goes around comes around’."
